Since the COVID outbreak our phone lines have been VERY BUSY particularly in the morning. A lot of our telephone calls are for quite complex travel enquiries. I realize this is very difficult but often it would be better if rather than dealing with the receptionist by phone , make an appointment to see the vet and ask all your questions then.

Parking: As well as resident’s parking, there are plenty of pay and display bays on Neville Street and Foulis Terrace. In front of the clinic there is a single yellow line which allows loading and unloading within controlled hours.
